who i am: my journey with myofascial release began through my own experience with chronic tension. after discovering how these gentle techniques transformed my relationship with my body, i became passionate about making this work accessible to everyone. i combine expertise in self-myofascial release & yin yoga (trained with leading experts) with deep compassion from my own healing journey.
my passion: what drives my work is curiosity about how our bodies hold our life experiences—& humility around the mystery of how we can gently help them let go. my greatest joy? witnessing that moment when someone realizes they have the power to participate in their own healing.
my credentials: 200 RYT with advanced training in yin yoga, acupressure, chinese medicine and myofascial release.
